Important Registration Tips

The Ask the Contractor sessions will be hosted by the Provider Outreach and Education staff. The POE staff will enlist the appropriate staff from other areas (Medical Review, Electronic Data Interchange, and Audit and Reimbursement) to assist them with responses to the questions and issues.

Providers are encouraged to submit questions before the session. Q & A’s will be posted on the NGS Website

To participate in the session, you must register.
Two days before the session, those who have registered will receive information on how to access the teleconference.
The sessions are separated into four groups based on claim type similarities.

  1. Acute Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility & End Stage Renal Disease
  2. Federally Qualified Health Clinics
  3. Home Health
  4. Hospice

Note: This is not a billing training session

  • The first 10- 15 minutes will be focus on events and changes involving the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and National Government Services, Inc (NGS).
