Important Registration Tips
|
Although the sessions are listed on the website, registration opens
6 weeks prior to the session.
Registration is closed two business days prior to the session.
Training materials are available on the website for downloading two
days prior to the session. Presentations and posted materials will be
removed the day following the session.
Providers, who have registered, will receive, via email, detailed information
on how to download the presentation materials, and access the teleconference.

All training material will be posted on the website 2-3 days before the
sessions. An email is sent to the providers who have registered, instructing
them how to download the training material that will be used during the
training sessions. |
Information Covered During Session |
The acute hospital session is designed to assist the provider in billing
inpatient and outpatient hospital claims to the fiscal intermediary. The
session will educate providers on areas that are problematic in billing
outpatient services, and show claim examples. Also Included will be information
on the Inpatient Prospective Payment System Policy Update in 2008, and
other helpful information.
