Contact Information - Medicare Provider Services

Our Provider Support staff receive telephone and written inquiries from all of NGS' participating providers throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam. These inquiries include issues concerning Medicare coverage, entitlement, utilization, billing, adjustments, and audit.

Designated specialists from our Provider Services department conduct training for our providers and meet regularly with provider associations to promote a better understanding of Medicare guidelines. These individuals also prepare, maintain, and distribute internal and external documentation including system manuals, procedures, CMS instructions and Medicare Memos. This information keeps providers up to date on CMS's guidelines.
