Audit and Reimbursement Function Descriptions:

Audit- This area contains subjects such as Audit determination, what to expect during a field visit, and audit office locations.

Reimbursement- This area contains rate information for FQHC, RHC, Hospice, SNF, and the UGS calculators. This also will include information on the Provider Statistical and Reimbursement data (PS&R).

Medicare Cost Reporting- This area contains cost report filing instructions, electronic requirements, amended cost reports, where to mail your reports, change of ownership, etc.

Enrollment- This area includes information for applicants who wish to apply for Medicare certification and UGS contacts regarding the CMS 855 form.

Medicare Accounting- This area includes information on filing the quarterly credit balance report and UGS contacts regarding credit balances
